When you check out, the price quoted MAY NOT include shipping!
Because many of our products are large, odd sizes/shapes and/or weights, it is not possible to give an accurate shipping total on oversized items until we have reviewed the order. If your order includes oversized item(s), once we receive your order, we will calculate the lowest possible shipping cost and email an invoice with the shipping total.

We currently only ship within the United States. If you require shipping outside the U.S. please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please take pictures and notify the carrier that you need to file a claim, then contact us as soon as possible to let us know.
Orders placed on or after October 5th are not guaranteed for Halloween delivery unless you opt for priority shipping. If you want your order shipped priority, please contact us.
